We were contacted by contact advantage to give them a cost to supply and fit flooring to there new offices as there business was expanding and showing signs of healthy growth.
We met on site at what was an empty shell, where we discussed the needs of the business and how they wanted the new space to perform.
The brief was a modern open plan office space incorporating staff / client relax area, welcoming reception, board room and management offices as well as functional open work areas that could be easily adapted to house more desks as the workforce grew.
We put together a scheme zoning different areas by using different floorcoverings. The estimate incorporated all these issues using a selection of products at various price points allowing them to find the perfect solution for both the needs of the business as it grew and falling within an affordable.
Samples were provided and the flooring was fitted in the July, working in harmony with the decorators and furniture moving company.
On the back of our works at the new offices we were also asked to supply and fit carpets to their vacated premises which had to be reinstated to original condition and managed to find carpet to fulfil there previous landlords requirements without costing unnecessary extra expense.
